Phoebe is an Integral Master Coach™ and seasoned philanthropy leader that has extensively supported funders, social enterprises, and not-for-profit organizations in Hong Kong and across Asia. As former Co-Lead of Fenomenal Funds, Phoebe co-designed and managed a funders collaborative supporting over 40 women's and feminist funds globally, stewarding millions in flexible funding for organizational strengthening and resilience.

Trained as both an Integral Master Coach™ and anthropologist, Phoebe prioritizes listening deeply and seeing through multiple lenses so as to support leaders and teams as whole people. She is particularly known for helping leaders build sustainable capacity while honoring values, navigating cross-cultural dynamics with nuance, and leading through transitions anchored in purpose.

At Crateva, Phoebe weaves together strategy, structure, and inner development for impact-driven organizations and leaders with deep expertise in strategic philanthropy, participatory grantmaking, and organizational strengthening.

Raised in a migrant family in Hong Kong, Phoebe is fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, and is currently learning Thai and Indonesian. She loves cooking and sourdough baking—passions for building things from scratch inherited from her mother, a self-taught cook and her father, a fishing boat builder.
