Over the past year, we were at a point where it felt important to step back and do some deeper strategic thinking. I am deeply grateful to have Phoebe as my coach and guide during this important career transition period. She has an exceptional ability to see my blind spots and to thoughtfully shape both the focus and methods of our coaching around what I truly needed at the time.
Through our sessions, I gradually developed greater awareness of my insecurities and my tendency to be overly self-critical when mistakes occurred. I especially appreciated Phoebe’s use of the ‘monarch butterfly’ metaphor to describe this state, and how she guided me toward becoming a more ‘positive mountain explorer.’ This shift was reflected in the practical exercises we worked on together, which helped me build self-compassion and approach challenges with more confidence and curiosity.

It’s such a magical journey to learn about myself, in the company of an amazing friend. Phoebe created a safe and encouraging space for me to face a side of me that I never looked at properly before. I can understand myself better, I can sit face-to-face with myself, whether it’s the current me and the me I wanna be. It’s not about choosing one over the other, but acknowledging and being grateful to the current me, making peace with both and let them thrive.
